Darker Than Black is the tale of covert agents, 'contractors,' who not only wield their own spy abilities but also powers. From the above announcement we have a bit more info, such as Hei (BK201, Black Reaper, Li, Hei) who is a electricity manipulation contractor who is employed by a (duh) mysterious syndicate ... and he wears a mast which is also mysterious. There is a young lady on Hei's team named Yin, she's a medium who uses water to communicated anywhere. Other series characters include Mao, Huang, Misaki Kirihara (Public Security Division), Yasuke Saito, Yutaka Kono, M16agent November 11, April, July, Amber and Nishijima.
